These Terms and Conditions govern the use of recruitment and related services offered by A.P. Corporate Recruitment Services Pvt. Ltd. By engaging with our services, both Job Seekers and Clients agree to the terms mentioned below.

Your rights and our commitments

100% FREE Services

No registration fees charged
No consultation fees
No placement fees before or after selection

Official Communication

All official communication will be done via contact details mentioned on our website. Beware of fraudsters asking for payment in our name.

Report Fraud

If anyone asks you to pay money for a job in our name, immediately report to Police or Cyber Crime Department. We are not responsible for unauthorized transactions.

Service terms and payment policies

Service Charges

Payment only after successful delivery

No advance payment required

Authorized Payment

All payments must be made only to our official company bank account. Payments to individuals or third-parties will not be considered valid.

Fraud Protection

We are not liable for unauthorized money collection by fraudsters. Report such incidents to Police or Cyber Crime Cell immediately.

Dispute Resolution

Any service-related disputes shall be addressed directly with us through official contact details.

Free Replacement

60 days replacement guarantee

Detailed Agreement Terms

Candidate Engagement

Client must notify us immediately upon engaging a candidate and agrees not to share candidate information with third parties without written consent.

Selection & Payment

If client selects one candidate from multiple options, payment is obligated for the selected candidate. We are not bound to provide additional candidates beyond selection.

Six-Month Rule

If a candidate is hired within six months after initial screening/rejection, client must pay agreed service charges regardless of initial decision.

Termination Policy

15-day written notice required for termination. No replacement for company restructuring, policy changes, or role changes. Verbal communication not considered valid.

Legal Jurisdiction

Agreement governed by Indian laws and subject to Gurgaon, Haryana court jurisdiction. 30-day written notice required for agreement termination.
